Chandler Ward

Chandler Ward, born and raised in Raleigh, has been deeply ingrained in the local real estate market throughout his life. Chandler is a two-time graduate of East Carolina University with a bachelor and masters degree in finance and business administration. During his time at ECU, Chandler served as the ECU Student Body President for ECU's 30,000 students. He also served as the student representative on the ECU Board of Trustees.

After leaving his position in investment real estate consulting, Chandler decided to partner with his father, Joe Ward, in the Triangle residential market. Together, they established Ward Legacy Realtor Group, a dynamic team with a unique blend of traditional and modern approaches to cater to the needs of buyers, sellers, and investors in Raleigh and its surrounding areas.

Outside of work, Chandler can be found hanging out with his two brothers on the golf course, attending Pirate sporting events in Greenville, and traveling back and forth to the beach during the summer months. In Raleigh, he enjoys spending time outside exploring greenways and cheering on the Hurricanes at PNC!
